Energy Day 2009
| May 13, 2009 | ||
| 11:30 am | to | 1:00 pm |

DID YOU KNOW…
Nearly 9 million people employed in trucking-related jobs throughout the United States economy depend on reliable and affordable sources of diesel fuel? Partly as a result of skyrocketing fuel prices during the summer of 2008, at least 3,065 trucking companies with five or more trucks went out of business last year and countless independent owner-operators stopped driving.
Consumer Energy Alliance’s (CEA) Energy Day is a non-partisan event that brings together consumers, businesses, manufacturers, agriculture, retirees, transportation, energy providers and Members of Congress to help inform Americans about the need for a robust, balanced energy policy that helps create jobs, revitalize the economy and improve our nation’s energy security.
Wednesday, May 13
11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
