Consumer Energy Alliance (CEA) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization created to help expand the dialogue between the energy and consuming sectors to improve understanding of energy security, more effectively develop and use both renewable and oil & gas energy resources in an environmentally conscious manner, create sound energy policy and maintain stable energy prices for consumers.

Glenn Kramer

Glenn Kramer is Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Environmental, Health and Safety systems for the Hess Corporation. Mr. Kramer is responsible for monitoring and reviewing all domestic Air, Water and Waste regulations at the Federal and State level which impact Hess’s Upstream and Downstream businesses. In addition, Mr. Kramer is also responsible for developing and maintaining all Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety systems used by Hess to track and report EHS performance.

Mr. Kramer has held various financial, regulatory and environmental positions at Hess throughout his 20 year career.

Prior to that, Mr. Kramer worked for Rockwell International’s Industrial Products Division for 10 years in various financial, strategic planning and operating capacities.

Mr. Kramer has a B.A. in economics from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
