Consumer Energy Alliance

CEA-Florida

Floridians in support of a comprehensive energy policy that ensures affordable, reliable energy supplies and promotes energy independence, economic prosperity and national security.

  • CEA-Florida supports the improved utilization, conservation and diversification of all domestic energy resources, from oil & gas to alternative energy.
  • To better bridge the gap to alternative power, CEA-Florida believes it is imperative that increased domestic oil & gas production be the immediate goal until new sources can provide an economically viable addition to our country’s needs.
  • Increased domestic production is critical to our national security, particularly in light of the increasing turmoil and uncertainty in oil-producing parts of the world.
  • CEA-Florida supports reasonable, thoughtful and balanced solutions to energy challenges and urges that policy decisions be based on sound economic and environmental facts.
